Lawrence Saint-Victor *2026

Actor in The Bold and the Beautiful, and movies Higher Love, One Night Stay, The Accused He is also a writer, and a producer

Looking back since our first interview, what accomplishment are you proudest of?

Well, I’ve been nominated for an Emmy for acting and writing. So that’s pretty cool! It’s not even the nomination I’m the most proudest of. It’s that I was trusted with material that could warrant a nomination.

On top of acting on The Bold and the Beautiful, you are now writing for the show. How did this opportunity come about?

Brad Bell and I spoke about story for years off and on, and when we did Room 8 the series, he asked me to write it. From then on we built really great relationship, and he asked if I was interested in writing for the show.

Speaking of which, congratulations on your two (2026) Daytime Emmy Nominations (Nominated for Outstanding Writing for a Daytime Series, and Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Daytime Series). What do these nominations mean to you?

It’s truly a testament to Brad’s faith in me. We have a cast of a lot of wonderful actors who play dynamic characters. To be given an opportunity lead a storyline was an absolute gift.

What one thing did you learn from the past year?

To be present. Life is so short, and these moments we have are so precious.

Who is your ideal collaborator?

Honestly anyone who is curious and loves exploring creatively.

What is most important for your mental health?

To rest, which I unfortunately don’t do enough of.

What is important to you?

My family.

What advice would you give your younger self?

I wouldn’t. I’m where I am, because of everything I’ve been through.

What is the best mistake you have ever made?

Staying in Los Angeles before I booked B&B. It made absolutely no sense for me to leave NY at that time.

How do you handle criticism when it comes your way?

Really well. If it’s from a trusted and respected source then it’s an opportunity to learn. If it’s from anyone else, it’s just noise.

What is the best advice you have ever been given?

From an actor about vulnerability. That there is a million ways to play a scene. Don’t get caught up in the way you “think” it should go.

Who is the one person who has changed your life for the better?

So many people. But my wife and my son.

Happiness is...:

Being alive. Having love.

Forgiveness is important to me because...

To hold onto unforgiveness is literal poison. It burdens and puts a weight on your life.

Something you wish you had parted with years ago is:

The thought that I wasn’t enough.

One thing I could never abandon is:

The gym!!

When was the last time you took a leap of faith?

Everyday.

What three films would you insist everyone watch?

The Matrix, What’s Love Got To Do With It, and Inception.

Which song instantly puts you in a good mood?

Billie Jean by Michael Jackson.

What is your go-to comfort food?

McDonald’s

The key to my personal well-being is:

Is treating everyday like it’s a new adventure full of possibilities.

Any advice for those wanting to become actors, writers, &/or possibly live their best lives?

For actors and writers: hone your craft, and find your unique voice within it. Live your best life: really discover what’s important to you, and take the baby steps to get there.

Any last words?

I think no matter how we feel. Whether we are up or down, living a life of gratitude is like medicine to the soul. Life is very hard, but we all have things to be grateful for.
